I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Budget plus removals for their excellent service when I moved from Cambridge to Oxford.
I was really anxious as I had to organise the move on my own and it was rather a late booking.
Chris arrived bright and positive -excellent driving into a very tight space.
NOTHING was too much trouble, they were professional, polite, and extremely helpful-I had bought lots of food and drinks but they kept themselves supplied with plenty of water.
It was a miracle that they never lost their cool despite the mountain of work that they had to do including bubble wrapping pictures and EIGHT mirrored bedside cabinets which all arrive in tact.
They set off around 5 PM and had to brave a 50 mile tailback on a Friday night on the infamous M25. They arrived at the destination at 8 PM and I arrived some 10 minutes later.
They eventually left at 10.30 PM-having put all the furniture where I wanted it and having put together the pine bed.
They never showed any bad grace, or bad temper despite all that was asked.
I have to say I was nervous about using Budget Plus as they were HALF the price of other quotes and I was worried about the quality of service.
I have already recommended Budget Plus to my friends and family and if ever I move again I hope that you will be able to accommodate me.
I am very happy to be a "real life" reference for any of your potential customers.
